1. The service

Pixel Digital Empire lets you create template-based digital gifts and invitation cards and share them by link or QR. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the photos, music, lyrics and text you upload. Only use content you own or have permission to use (for example, do not upload copyrighted songs without permission). Illegal, abusive, defamatory or harmful content is prohibited, and we may remove such gifts.

3. Payment

Prices are shown on each design. Payment is made by Telebirr or bank transfer and you send us the receipt; we verify it and then unlock the gift. A link may stay locked until payment is verified.

4. Refunds

Because these are digital products, refunds are generally not possible once a gift is created and its link is delivered. If something is wrong on our side (for example the gift does not work), contact us and we will fix it or, where appropriate, refund.

5. Availability

Links and QR codes work as long as the gift exists on our system. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance. Keep your own backup of important content.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
